So all morning I have been dealing with a stupid god damn medical insurance company. They switched around my daughter’s coverage to a plan that is absolutely worthless for a five year old child. Found this video in my reader and boy does it really show off how I am feeling at the moment.
So I broke down and downloaded Office 2007. I don’t exactly know why I felt the need to try it out, but I did. I think it has something to do with the fact that I am a technology junkie. I love new programs. There is just something so fun about playing with a new program and seeing what bells and whistles the creators have decided to include this time.
Right off I can tell you that I am impressed with the addition of the blog posting from Word feature. I have my personal blogs and my professional ones and sometimes logging into all of the different blogs can be down right irritating. I have been searching for a central location publisher that will access my different blogs. It appears that this may in fact be the solution I am looking for…although I am not sure that this feature alone will be enough to get me forking out the bucks associated with this particular program. We shall just have to see as I play with the program over the next couple months.
So I have slowly been finding some of the things I left behind… Isn’t it odd when all of a sudden you realize that you have lost some things and now all of a sudden you are working to find them…
First on my list…my smaller ass. I would like to locate it…I know that it is inside this larger ass somewhere. I just have to find a way to uncover it. The problem I am dealing with is that until we get my Thyroid meds leveled out, working out is somewhat painful…hmmmm…oh smaller ass won’t you tell me how to find you again…

Thought I would share these with you. What can I say, I couldn’t resist going outside and taking a few shots of the house after the first snow. I have always loved the way that Christmas lights glow off of the snow.
So I thought I would try out the Windows Live Writer and see if it actually works for this blog. What can I say, I have gotten to the point where I have so damn many blogs located in so many different places that I thought I would look into my options for having one centralized location where I can write and publish my blogs to their various destinations.
Sounds simple enough, it’s just that every program I have tried so far has been a royal pain in my ass to either set up or publish with. Here we go with another try. So far so good. The typing interface on this one is pretty decent and for me to say something positive about Microsoft means it must be impressing me.
Now for the big test…how well does it publish…
